The Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PEAK Financial Group,Mr. Robert Frances, announced today the departure of Marc Doré (effective February 26, 2020), who serve as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as changes to the company’s senior management team. Robert Frances will act as the interim President, in collaboration with members of the management team, until a new Chief Operating Officer is appointed.

Robert Frances paid tribute to Marc Doré, acknowledging his many contributions to the company. “PEAK has grown considerably in the last four years, but Marc wanted to return to his former passion: real estate. We are now launching a rigorous hiring process to find a new Chief Operating Officer. In the meantime, I will be working closely with the management team in the pursuit of PEAK’s ambitious goals.”

Marc Doré said he is proud of the work accomplished at PEAK. “I enjoyed the family values at PEAK as well as working with a formidable and experienced management team. The past four years at PEAK were amazing. The company has never been stronger and better equipped to continue its exceptional growth.”
